For all orders to New Zealand, a flat shipping rate of $10 AUD applies.

We have a 21-day return policy from delivery date.

Prior to returning, please contact us at info@bakerstudios.store with your order number and reason for your return.

The cost of the return will be covered by the customer and the item/s must be unused and in their original packaging. We recommend a tracked shipping method to ensure your return makes it to us safely.

Once the return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email when your refund has been processed. Please note, it can take up to 10-15 business days to see the refund appear in your account depending on your financial institution.
